You have 7 days from the date of shipment of your order to return a product to us for a refund valid on all products, or to make an exchange.

Transport costs

     As part of a refund: the shipping costs to La Route Du Ventoux are the responsibility of the customer.
     As part of an exchange: the shipping costs to La Route Du Ventoux are the responsibility of the customer and the shipping costs of the new product to the customer are the responsibility of La Route Du Ventoux.

Full or partial refund of an order

In case of return of all products without exchange of your order, the total amount thereof will be refunded to you. In case of partial return of your order without exchange, only the returned products will be refunded.

For all our products we insert a size correspondence table provided by the manufacturer.

How to return a product for withdrawal, exchange or After Sales Service under warranty?

  •  As part of an exchange or refund, you are required to return the new item (s) in its original packaging, intact, unused, accompanied by all accessories possible, instructions for use and documentation at the following address:

  •  Please note during textile or material tests: it is possible to try on a textile, helmet or shoes, but in the event of return for exchange or refund, these must not have been used, show signs of wear or even have been washed. Likewise, the peripherals must show no trace of assembly. For example, the seat rails should not be scratched.
  •  Before any return please contact us by email at shop@larouteduventoux.com explaining the reason for your return request. We do not accept any return of goods without prior agreement of our services! For example, if it is a size error, indicate the desired size. This step is essential because it will allow us to save time in processing your request, for example if we need to order a specific product.

At the shop all payment methods are accepted , cash or credit cards (Mastercard or Visa only, no American Express).
